Optavia Weight Loss Review

Optavia Weight Loss is one of the latest diet plans out there. It comes in both a pill and a meal replacement shake. It comes from fitness model, Trista Gibson. Gibson promises results that are quick and easy.

Optavia is an intensive weight support system meant to aid in weight control by delivering pre-packaged healthy foods and continuous support. These plans are all involve, and the business additionally claims to consist of expert support from Optavia personal trainers, recipes, and professional help from the Optavia community. The pre-packaged meals are made up of lean meats, fish, poultry, fruits, vegetables, and whole grains.

What makes the Optavia Weight Management plan stand out from other similar weight management systems is that it comes with its own pre-packaged food recipes. These recipes are designed to assist you in losing weight, while still maintaining great tasting foods. You are also provided with a daily nutrition guide complete with a shopping list, portion sizes, estimated calories, and additional dietary suggestions. This is not the case with most diet plans where you are given a list of grocery items and what to buy, but this program breaks it down in such a way that you know exactly what to eat each day!

What makes the Optavia Weight Loss program different from others is that it focuses on three possible weight loss programs. First, it gives you the option to use a high protein shake or two meals each day. Second, it offers a limited calorie diet plan, which has you eating between five and eight small meals throughout the day. Lastly, it utilizes pre-packaged foods from companies likeagenix that give you high protein with low fat and low sugar content.

This diet consists of five different meal options. They include, a choice of one meal each day of either steak and vegetables, fish and chips, pasta and vegetables, a salad with chicken and broccoli florets, a vegetable dinner, a dessert, and an olive oil supplement. What is interesting about these meals is that they are all based off of highly recognizable and nutritious Asian foods such as tofu, pho, monk fruit, carrots, beets, kale, romaine lettuce, okra, and miso paste. I found that monk fruit was by far the best choice for breakfast as it was extremely filling and offered me plenty of nutrients and fiber.

While this weight loss meal plan works very well and provides you with a variety of foods to help you lose weight, there is one thing that disappointed me. When I tried to use the 1 program that came with the product, I did not find any support or instructions that taught me how to set up my own meal plan. This is very important, especially if you are just beginning so do not be left in the dark when it comes to what your meal plan consists of. I know that the monk fruit and whey protein supplements were not listed on the list of ingredients but it would have been nice to know that they would be there if I had needed them.
